This Radiology Practice needed to improve their document organization company wide. Using a combination of manual paper and unorganized network drives of scans, this healthcare organization was faced with many workflow, storage, and security issues.
TGI proposed our Document Management software solution. DocuWare on-premise was
implemented providing unlimited storage, features and the ability for all users to have
access to the system using a full site license. They transitioned to digital document storage. They also used TGI’s solution for contract creation and reminders, IT support ticket workflows, as well as certificate and credential workflows for their Radiologists across all locations.
As each department transitions to the new solution their workflow and organization improves immensely. Their Contracts department is now reminded when expirations are approaching and their IT department is instantly aware of ticket statuses. They are looking forward to implementing this solution in their AP department next.
